Terms and Conditions of Webhead Design Limited's Giveaways and Competitions ('promotions'):
 

  • By entering the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

  • Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents only, who are at least 18 years of age.

  • Webhead Design Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Webhead Design Ltd reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify incomplete, altered, illegal or ineligible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed.

  • Webhead Design Ltd is not liable for any person’s inability to complete entry, and no responsibility will be taken for any technical, telecommunication or website errors – proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

  • Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated on the giveaway or competition.

  • Winners of timeline giveaways on Facebook will be notified on Facebook by a post on the page. If an app has been used, then the winner will be notified by the email they used to enter with.

  • Winners of Instagram contests will be notified on Instagram.

  • Webhead Design Ltd’s decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • You must provide photographic evidence to authenticate your ID.

  • No prize draws, promotions or competitions are in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

  • Prizes must be claimed within 7 calendar days or the prize is forfeited.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

  • Personal information provided by entrants will not be sold or forwarded to any third party. Your information is safe!

  • The names of winners will be published on this website.

  • Note: At this time we are unable to post to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island.
